My profs always joke about bananas, and I never understood it until someone told me that.
The german theater expression for good luck is "break your neck and leg!" apparently they're more masacistic than we are, lol. That I learned when I went to see the Producers in german last night. Not many people in the theater, it was a really small theater anyway, I'd say it only seated like 20-25 people. They have popcorn at the movie theaters, but it's not buttery. It's lightly sweetened- like very light carmel corn. Oh, and apparently the german people thought it was a funny movie since I heard them laughing, but I don't think they found it as funny as I do. lol The songs were still in english, which made for some very funny subtitles- "Wir kloppen unser Kloppen". lol
