I haven't been that vocal about it, but last night I saw the Dancing With the Stars tour! It was right here in town, about 8 blocks away, so very convenient. My cousin, who I saw Nsync with waaaaay back in 2001, came in to town and went to the show with me.

We sat in the second tier (b/c I was not paying any more than $60 for tickets), but pretty close to the stage as far as sections go. It's a hockey rink, so not that huge, and basically we had a pretty good view. Joey, Joey Lawrence, and Joey McIntyre were all there. We're not sure why Drew Lachey wasn't there, but he's usually on the tour. I wish the celebs had done more dancing, b/c there was a lot of the professional stuff. Each celeb danced two individual dances (though Joey McIntyre sang 2 songs off his new album in a shameless plug). Joey F did his jive and his freestyle, which were awesome. :D You could tell he had been off the tour for a little bit though and was a bit out of shape. After his first dance (the jive), he made some remark (probably rehearsed, as most of the dialouge was I think, until they kept messing it up later) about how Kym's hip-hop moves needed a little work and she made a shameless remark about how we can't all be Justin Timberlake. :P Joey then said something about how he was "bringing cha-cha back". He also pointed out how big his butt looks on the screens.
Some other Joey banter- he told Joey L that he should do a striptease and Joey L said he'd do it only if Joey F did too (hehe...I wish). Joey F said he was too round and Joey L was the cut one (he was- dang!). He said he wanted to move to Grand Rapids at some point in the show, which sounded like a good idea to me ;) (too bad he was joking). He also made fun of Joey M by telling him when he was trying to sweep the stage to "Go-o ooo Go-o oo" ala The Right Stuff.

Back to the dancing...
Joey M did Apolo's samba (though Apolo does it better, Joey did pretty well with it), and Joey L did Singin in the Rain and Mambo #5. They also had two group dances, to You Should Be Dancin and Footloose.

And

They all sang together! Which was completely awesome b/c I got to hear Joey Fatone sing! YAAAAAY! (Do you know how long it's been? Seriously.) They did a Rat Pack thing, where they sang The Lady is a Tramp, and a song that I don't know the name of but you'd know it if you heard it.

There will be pictures later. That's right bitches, they let cameras in!
