At German hairdressers, it's like a cafe or something too, because they offer you something to drink. I'm not sure if it's free or not, I didn't partake in anything.
Not sure how frequency works on german radio, but it's somehow different. Like, I'm listening to 106.0 on my radio right now, but it's coming in on a frequency of about 96. Maybe they measure in different units.
