I have deduced that there are two groups of people on Hope's campus. There are the people I know and the people I don't know. That may seem like a silly deduction, but here's the deal. It appears to me that nearly everyone I know on this campus knows the same people I do. And when I meet people even, it seems they know half the people I do. What I believe it boils down to is this: there is a group of people on campus who fit that typical "Hope student" label: ducth, blond, greek (as in frat or sorority), preppy/jock/or metro. Then there is the group of students that are either minorities, international students, or nerds. All these people somehow seem to know each other, don't ask me how. It just happens that way. The way I see it anyway.
