Basically I have the easiest schedule ever. I have Japanese 4 days a week, which despite what you make think, is actually a pretty easy class. I have a class I created myself which meets one day a week, or basically whenever the prof feels like talking to me, in which I am doing some reading then some economic analysis of it. I have Studies in Islam with Guru B (who is probably the best prof at Hope and is really the only reason I am taking the class). It's a bit of work, but it'll be fun so I don't care. Then Anchor Band. I really should break out my instrument and practice soon, since I haven't played in 2 years.
I've had all my classes already and still don't feel like I've done anything. If the rest of the semester works out like this, it'll be a breeze. Aside from that whole finding a real job thing.

I've sent an email to career services about how to start a job search. Hopefully they can give some idea on where to start. I'm not sure I'm specific enough on what I want to do to find something. I'll live anywhere and I'd like a job that allows me to travel. One that I can utilize my language skills would be nice. I may have said it before, but I really like the look of being an import specialist, but there are no posted openings for that currently. Immigraation services might be interesting as well. That is all posted on one convenient government website, but it's anything in the business field that's really hard to sort through. And unfortunately I need a job like as soon as I graduate, otherwise I will have no medical insurance.
How do you do it? Really?

oo this looks like fun

I love to get postcards and I also love to send them, so the first five people to comment will get a postcard from me. On one condition though, if you comment you have to offer this in your own LJ. That way there'll be a whole load of postcards circling the world, and how cool is that?!

I didn't type that, but I do love to send postcards. Seriously, I spent over $40 sending postcards alone when I was in Europe. But if you've never gotten one from me before, or just want some mail that isn't a bill, comment me! (karen, you are not allowed to do this b/c sending a postcard to someone you live with is just lame)
