Now, I don't know what nitric acid is but this- "Medical - A student accidentally splashed diluted nitric acid into her eye" -had to have hurt.

I have so much work to do. I've got a Japanese presentation next week, an econ paper due, and that big research paper that's looming over my head (I have....um, about 2 weeks). Ugh. Reality is sinking in after my Lance high.

Oh yes, add to that the fact that I have to work tomorrow night and Saturday night (I also worked Tuesday). I had sent an email to my boss this past weekend asking to limit my hours to the weekend b/c of all the schoolwork I have to do. She told me that 'this week is busy, but it will calm down'. I've heard that 3 times this semester. I'm a little teed. If she schedules me for that many hours next week, I'm calling in sick.

Lance book tidbit I forgot on an earlier post: Chris called JC. Not Justin.

I got an email from international ed (which is run by a guy I swear who will not speak to non-international students), thanking me for my interest in being an emcee for Images, but the position has been filled. I don't know how, since I was never contacted about an audition or anything, and I'm pretty sure I expressed interest before anyone. I'm kind of pissed off by it.

Oh PS, anyone want the answers to the lyric thing I posted last week?
