puszysty at 10:25pm on 01/03/2008Got things all plotted out for Monday. Woot. Just got the brakes fixed on my car, so everything is running a-ok. They weren't shot yet, but that's partly why I was having extra trouble in the snow.
We're driving, which is both cheaper and faster believe it or not than flying. *crosses fingers that gas prices drop* According to my uncle it's only 6 hours from here. My relatives have relatives just outside of STL that were staying with there, then we're bunking withla_di_dum in Chicago. Job fair in Chicago is right on Navy Pier, which means it's easy to find and right by Bubba Gump Shrimp. One in STL is at a hotel roughly 10 miles from the Mississippi. I guess there's a closed highway in the area and I have no idea if there's even a puclib transit system in St. Louis. Basically, I hope I don't get lost. Might have to buy a map when I get there.
