My mom is on aim whining about the weather. Apparently with wind chill, it is -27 degrees in Michigan. Someone please remind me why I'm going home again.

It's probably a good thing that I can't figure out how to sign up as a pinch hitter, because I am very tempted. This happened after SeSa last year too, this insane desire to WRITE MORE OMG. I busted out a fic last night that's been sitting on my computer since May and decided to finish it. I'd thought it needed more than it did, and it might need another scene, but I like what I did with it. It's kind of a relief to finish it finally, lol.

Today at 4, I am going to the Christmas pop sing-a-long at the Alamo Drafthouse! Yay! I'm so excited, it is going to be awesome. I hope they play Merry Christmas Happy Holidays. :)

I need to pack today. Actually I need to do laundry first so I have pants to bring home. I should get on that.

I am back from the sing-a-long! Not entirely coherent, but that's ok.

They did play Merry Christmas Happy Holidays! And O Holy Night from the Ntimate Special! And Dick in a Box OMG. And lots of other random fun christmasy songs. It was worth every cent I paid for it. :D

Oh and, first thing they did was reenact a scene from Rudolph where he flies the first time. I was Rudolph, and jumped off the stage to "fly". Bit of a longer drop than I had anticipated. Tis ok though despite the scratch on my elbow, I got a free shot of Jaeger out of it (really not that great tasting, but it was free.)

Afterwords we went renegade Christmas caroling, surrounding random people on the street and singing some not so traditional xmas songs. Dick in a Box included.

In conclusion, awesome.
