The guy next door has every intention of taking the couch. :( After I went out and got all that new furniture last month, I have to get new furniture this month too. Everybody is leaving this duplex but me, and it sucks. I need a couch, a tv, and a coffee table. Well, I suppose i could do without a coffee table, but I use it a lot. Guess I'm not getting that new bookshelf I wanted, eh?

Craigslist, yes I know. I just have to be careful about who I buy the couch from, as it absolutely can't be from someone with a cat unless I have it steam cleaned.
My mom suggested renting a couch until June, when I may or may not move. Does anybody know how much that typically costs?
Unless of course I find a roommate with furniture, but that would require finding a roommate. I'm getting zip on my ad, and so is my landlord.

I have a couch.
I was trolling craigslist for kicks, and found this couch and chair for $75. Which is a pretty sweet deal, really. And I convinced the guy to deliver it for me. :) And no cats! (he said he had a dog, but there's not any pet hair on it. It looks freshly cleaned actually) It's definitely comfortable. So yea, I have a couch.

It needs a febreezing, so I'm going to have to pick up some tomorrow. Also, my old couch is still here, so that's going to have to be moved. The minus is that new couch sits a lot lower to the ground, and my feet have to go up to reach the coffee table instead of down. But considering I'm losing the coffee table too, I suppose that doesn't really matter.
