puszysty at 03:04pm on 24/01/2008 under job huntingWell, I just got my first rejection. :( Immigration services told me that I am "not among the most qualified candidates" so I won't be contacted. I thought I had a chance of at least an interview, since the position is open to inexperienced candidates.
Am I aiming too high here? Should I be applying for secretarial jobs instead of ones that ask for 1-2 years experience in the hopes that my education will offset my lack of experience? Or ones that ask for the business degree I don't have? I don't know what to do here guys. No one is calling, no one is emailing, just nothing.
I'm tired of sitting at home. I just want a job. A full-time job that pays enough for me to live on and provides health insurance. Is that really too much to ask?
