Only one person has answered my question of the day in my last post. :( You all should b/c I'm really curious!

I signed up to take the GRE next Friday. That's 2 days after I take the immigration test. But considering the immigration test is simply going to test my logic and grammar, I should be more than fine. I just have to find a study guide/book for the GRE. Went to the library here, but the only one they had was published in 2003 and I think they've changed the test since then. :P Worthless public library. My mom teaches a class at a community college; I'm gonna see if she can pick me up a more recent copy.

Getting a part-time job here is no longer viable. My schedule now looks liks this:
next Wednesday- test in Chicago
next Friday- test in Grand Rapids
March 3-7 - job fairs in St. Louis and Chicago
That's a lot of time I won't be here (thank god).
If nothing comes of test a or the job fairs then I will pick up and move in March. I was thinking about taking the customs broker test, but the problem with that is a) I don't know where I'll be in April when the test is administered and b) if I get accepted into the training program as a result of test a, I won't be eligible for test c anyway, since federal government employees are not allowed to take it. (Confused yet?)
