I come home today with all intent to ask "hey, let me know when you're thinking about moving out so I can find a roommate." Well. She's bouncing off the walls and says "Guess what? I found an apartment already! And it was so awesome I signed off on it. I'm moving in next weekend."
NEXT WEEKEND.
That means I have 8 days, count them, 8! days, to find a roommate. Her lease runs through the 19th of March so I'm not up a creek without a paddle until then, but DAMN if I would've like some more notice. I posted an ad on craigslist already (it's still processing, I think, because it's not up on the rooms section yet), and I better get some repsonses like, ASAP.
*bangs head on desk*
