I think becoming an adult is more than just learning to take care of yourself, it's also about finally removing the rose colored glasses that have been sitting in front of your eyes all your childhood. Life is f'ed up. Seriously, this world needs help. I've watched a friend go through some serious guy drama, watched someone get themselves kicked out of their house, seen how college brings out the alcohol drinker in a lot of people, and a couple other things that I should not and will not discuss here. And all I've been able to do is sit and watch. I wonder how people can just pretend none of this happens.
