I am attempting to make quiche. I fear impending disaster. First off, I didn't realize I didn't have a rolling pin when I made the crust, so I had to use a turkey baster instead. It's round, it rolls. Thing is, I didn't get the crust quite wide enough, and with the amount of egg mixture it called for, it sort of...overflowed. I think I can manage to get some of the spillover out, since it will cook faster than the rest. Heh.
Can you tell I'm not much of a cook?
ETA: The crust sucks. I goofed that up somehow. The rest didn't turn out quite so bad. Not well enough for me to attempt again, I think.
