puszysty at 10:39pm on 11/02/2010Watched The Killing Fields. I'd wanted to see it, since it was nominated for Best Picture, and has Sam Waterson in it (back when he was a nobody. It's so odd to see him without gray hair!).
It was not as good as I had hoped. It takes forever to get going. Which doesn't help when it's over 2 hours long. It was good once it finally got good, but by that point the movie was half over. If you really want to see it, see it, but it's skippable.
