puszysty at 12:40pm on 06/11/2005Went to see Must Love Dogs on campus last night. Wasn't originally planning on going, but a friend was going with a group and he asked if I wanted to join them. It was that or history homework so I went. :) It's an ok movie....not spectacular but I liked it. I laughed at the end when 2 people started making out in a grocery store (and no I am not spoiling the ending for you here)...like, who makes out in a grocery store? lol. I saw some weird stuff this summer, but never anyone like that.
Anywho, for those on campus, I didn't end up going to Nykerk, but I heard our class won.
Instead last night (before the movie) I had HAPA dance practice for Images. I don't know how Images is going to come together in a week, but I'm sure it'll turn out ok. I'm still excited for it. So I'm doing an Indian dance with the Asian club again this year, being part of the fashion show (I've got some Native American regalia), AND doing a story reading. Yea, the last one was kind of a last minute thing. I heard they needed more acts, because the show almost got canceled this year because they're weren't enough acts (there wasn't much notification this year, so things aren't so well planned). So, me not wanting to see Images canceled signed up to do something. I wasn't sure who I was going to do it with, but I wasn't able/ didn't want to rope someone in at the veryr last minute. This was 2 days ago fyi. So yea, I signed myself up to read a short story in German, English, and possibly Polish. We'll see about that last one, my Polish is quite rusty.
