Those are all pictures from the black forrest, actualy all taken from one peak.

This is a typical Karneval (mardi gras) band in Germany. They played for us specially at this hotel we were having dinner at.

A clock in the cathedral. It not only tells the time but also the date, and the position of the planets. Crazy eh?

Little France in Strasbourg. So named because at the time, the town was German, but french soldiers were nearby and had to be hospitalized there because of a syphillis epidemic. Now aren't you glad your town isn't named because of an STD?


Strasbourg still had all kindsof christmas decorations up. This one was just more amusing to me.
