Good news: my plans are all set for this weekend. Let me tell you it was a pain working all that out.
I found plain taco chips today. And tortilla shells! (waaay more expensive in the US, but they'll last me a while)
My first test seemed to go pretty well today.
My roomie from second semester freshmen year asked me to be her roommate again. Yay!

Bad news: I hate having to shop at 3 different groceries just to find all the stuff I need! I went first to Aldi's, which sells stuff uber cheap. I got cereal, pasta, milk, grape juice, bread, and cheese all for 6 euro. Cha-ching. So I want to make my dad's goulash, and there's some ingredients I need. Stuff you could easily get at any old grocery store in the states. But nooo not here Grocery store #2- I bought ketchup (aldi only had it in huge quantities, I dont need much), bbq sauce (none of that at aldi), spaghetti sauce without a ton of onions in it, and pancake mix for when I get in a pancake mood again. I have yet to go to grocery store #3. There I need the brown sugar which I forgot today (hopefully they have it), cherry coke, and tomato soup in a can. Yes I am dead serious on that last one. They don't sell tomato soup in a can here! Only as powder in packets. Which will not help me make goulash. There is only one store in town that I know of that sells tomato soup in a frickin can. What is up with these Germans? Can we get some campbells over here or something?

LMAO. Well, from the general feeling I'm getting from your experiences, they aren't much for the lighter fare, so soup probably isn't priority on their list of foods. Poor baby. *sends you tomato soup*
