puszysty at 04:13pm on 01/02/2007We had a job candidate teach my econ class today. Grad student from UT. Needless to say I was sorely disappointed that he didn't have an accent.
He was ok. Less boring than the regular prof but still too terribly exciting. Then again, it is economics and it will never be too terribly exciting. He was pretty cute though, which was a plus.
The regular prof told us that we needed to pay attention, so this time I decided not to read the chapter prior. Didn't keep me from flipping through the chapter during class, but at least it kept me from doing crosswords the whole time.
