I really hate people right now.

The fourth person who said they were going to be by at a certain time to come pick up something they wanted from me off craigslist never showed. I'm *this* close to just donating everything.

You'd think that if a bunch of people saw a scrawny girl lugging around furniture, at least one person would stop and ask if she needed help.

As it were, I am not carrying that fucking dresser back up the stairs. If someone sees it behind the dumpster and decides they want it, they can take it. I'm tired of dealing with this crap.

I officially have only 1 week left in Austin. I think this week shall be a "Best of Austin week" for me- hitting my favorite spots to hang (except the Veloway, it's too hot to blade), eating at my favorite restaurants. My boss has promised me lunch on Friday.

Unfortunately making it a point of going out and enjoying yourself is difficult, if not guilt-inducing when someone you know was just killed in a plane crash. (not anyone I'm close to or have even seen in years, but god, talk about something you never imagine happening to people you know. I'm more than a little shaken up.)

I've done a visual assessment of my apartment, and I think everything that I have left should fit in my car. No more postage! If not, I'm having someone over on Saturday that I'll beg to send me. I just need to get rid of my dang furniture in the meantime. Arg.

It looks like Mr. Spence is the latest castoff from Mancandy Island, with 28.6% of the vote. Donald would be very sad.
