So I was on my way back from Meijer, listening to a light rock type station that was having an all request lunch hour. So I called in and requested some Nsync, ya know, b/c I like hearing them on the radio every now and then. Not only did they play my request, but they played my phone call! Now all of Grand Rapids knows what a huge dork I am (she asked me if I was a big fan back in the day and I told her I was still a big fan...and yes, that got played on air). They picked a good one for me at least- Bye Bye Bye. I'm both excited and completely embarassed.

when I won tickets to his listening party, the dj asked me if I was fan and I literally yell/screamed "I LUUUVE JC!" and they put that on the air, along w/ my real name- which is fairly recognizable. i got an email the next day from an old h.s. friend who recognized it. Luckily, she was an ex-fan too.

That's awesome!
My younger sister has recently acquired a taste for all things boy-band (Nsync & BSB). She now has all their CDs and is just like all the other girls were when Nsync was still hot. :)

Don't worry... I think all of us that were into the boybands when we were younger still have a fond place for them - I know I do!
