I met LANCE OMGYAY!!

So after taking my Islam test (who cares, right?) I was outta Holland by 10:15, got to Borders at roughly noon Chicago time. I met these cool girls and we talked Nsync for like hours waiting in the Borders cafe.

So basically I was the only person that came as far as I did. And one of the few who drove. Most people were from Chicago or the burbs. I was like "I came from Michigan", and people were like, "Woah, dang." They were impressed at my dedication (but really, 3 hours is not that far). :D One girl thought I meant the U of M, which is like, 5 hours from Chicago.

I ended up getting a green wristband which was the second color. And ok, it's so cliche to say 'lance waved at me', but uh, when he took the elevator up, the doors opened on the wrong side, which was the side facing the line. The only part of the line was visible from there was the first part of the green line, where I was first in line. I waved back, because I'm a dork like that. I'm pretty sure he saw it.

The girls that I had been hanging with all were interviewed for Channel 3 while in line and sang Tearing Up My Heart. *is slightly jealous she didn't get interviewed as well*

General Lance observations: He is far sexier in person. It's true. I think it's the voice. And he looked damn fine today, in his green t-shirt, and just messy enough not to look weird hair.

So uh...meeting Lance. Yes. I had a stupid grin on my face the whole time. I set down my book, and give the camera to Borders guy. They had told us they weren't doing pictures b/c Lance needed to be out at 9 to catch a plane to San Diego or wherever (the signing was pretty hurried). But they took pictures anyway. My pic with Lance is not the best picture of either us, but I don't fucking care because I got my picture taken with LANCE BASS. While I was handing my camera to the guy, the girl behind me snapped a picture, and Lance was like "Can't resist a flash." lol, dork. I saw the pic, it's like the awesomest pic ever, and I can't wait til she posts it, or sends it to me, or whatever. Lance tried handing me her book as well and I'm like, "um, that's not mine." Honestly, I was too like, on cloud 9 to remember what he said back. Borders guy takes the picture, then I'm thinking, 'I have to say something to him!' So I said the first thing that popped into my mind- "Nice to meet you!" He didn't hear me, or wasn't paying attention or whatever. But like I said. I don't care.
