ok, when I first read "East Texas" I was all "WTF, there's nothing in east texas!" but then I read what you consider East Texas, and I relaxed. lol

Austin would be more Central Texas, CC = South, though I can't imagine what would take you there. or Galveston for that matter, unless you're planning on med school. I guess Houston would be more easterly, though I don't really consider it east texas.

I would LOVE to live in DC or Seattle, only because I love the vibe of those two cities.

I've never been to Seattle (or anywhere on the west coast for that matter), and I honestly don't even know what's there. I've heard it's nice.

um yeah, I'm totally late on this and #1 is all I read, but none of those places are what I would consider East Texas. That has a very, back woods, country connotation. But glad you like the state.
