Ok am I crazy or is that Ringo Starr in this video?

Did he ever actually play for Tom Petty or did he just appear in the video?

Also, Tom Petty is one ugly dude.

That's totally Ringo. He played in the video but not on the record. That's also George Harrison playing guitar in the video.
