Senior celebration was lame. With a capital L. There was food, though not much (I had dinner beforehand anyway, since I figured on this), some chick talked about what she did after Hope. Didn't offer any advice, didn't really address the seniors at all really, just "I went to Africa with the Peace Corps. And I went to this country in Africa and this country in Africa, and these are pictures of people I met in Africa, and I met my husband in Africa, and then we did this in Africa!" I don't know her, I don't care to know her life story. Because, um, this was supposed to be about the seniors? Then they gave away prizes and everyone just left. I was hoping to do some actual celebrating afterwords, but everyone went to homework. Bah! I played a few games of Settlers and then enjoyed myself with a few exciting rounds of Solitaire at 11. In conclusion: lame.
But I have my cap and gown now, so..

Minor amusing things that happened:
someone at Hope has a license plate that said "sparkl" hehe
I found not one, but 2 notes that said 'I am single, call me!' on the tables. Both were practical jokes, but I find it hilarious.
LJ soda. LJ standing for Lemonjellos, but I may have been amused anyway. *g* I did not try any, because it didn't sound very good.
