This morning I woke up and was in more pain than I was last night. :( So I called the doctor, they were booked, and I went to the walk-in clinic in Stevensville. There they poked around, hurt like heck when she tapped on the sore area. They did some xrays, confirmed that I did not fracture any ribs. Because of the area that hurts, they were worried I might have a problem with my kidney, so they sent me up to the hospital for blood tests and an ultrasound of my organs. My kidneys are fine. The clinic called me and told me to ice the area and take motrin (both of which I did last night, mind you, and it didn't help much). The pain is tapering off a little from this morning; I think sleeping on it agitated it.

In conclusion, I spent 3 hours undergoing all sorts of tests, and my ribs still hurt.
