I'm starting to feel concerned about my weight. I've never been weight conscious before (granted, I was swiming 5 miles a day back in high school so I didn't need to be). And I've really only gained 2 pounds in the last 8 months, but I feel heavier. *sigh* It would help if I wasn't being lazy lately. I know for sure that the very early mornings completely drain me of energy, but I think I need to get out rollerblading more often

Okay, seriously, you do not need to start worrying about your weight until you gain at least 15 more pounds. Du siehst wie einen Stock aus, du bist NICHT zu schwer. :-P

girl please. I can gain 2 pounds in the span of one weekend, and I'm not even exaggerating. I think the real issue here is if you're feeling drained of energy, I would incorporate some form of exercise into your daily routine. I feel like I'm preaching over here on my soapbox, but I'm a huge believer in exercise = endorphins = feeling good :)

The days I lack energy are the days I am up at 4 or 5am. I don't function well when I wake up then, since going to bed at 8pm really isn't an option. fucking mcdonald's.
I really do need to exercise more though.
