I was playing around with my macro feature at the botanical gardens on Friday, and got a few good pics, though a few blurry ones as well.





Seriously, I have never seen a dragonfly this big.


My mom requested pictures of Texasy things. I don't know why, honestly. I already sent her a picture of some cactus, any suggestions?

bluebonnets! v Texan :) though i don't think you'll find any right now. The UT Tower all lit up in burnt orange, which is pretty much Austin's landmark. OH, and pics of the lake and the overall gorgeousness of Austin, since people outside of Texas seem to have a stereotypical view of what TX is like (the cactus doesn't help LOL) man, I miss Austin.

btw, welcome to Texas. I hope Austin treats you well.

Oh shoot, I was at the lake 2 days ago (Hula Hut, yum), shoulda taken some pictures. When do they light up the tower like that, game day?

tower gets lit when they win games. also during graduations.

mmmmmm Hula Hut. you're killin' me!

you should check out Lake Travis. It's a little farther out, but really pretty. or go up to Mt. Bonnell for the view, take some pics, and wow your parents :)
