I don't really have any suggestion except wear old clothes with dirt and white make up. Black ring under the eyes = major win. And blood is always good.
A sort of greenish hue, I think... I have a green-tinted moisturiser that goes underneath normal makeup, it's intended to counteract the excessive redness of my cheeks, but applied thickly it'd look extremely 'undead'. Purple and black in the eye sockets, maybe?
