Does anyone know any good cabbage recipes? I have half a head left from Thanksgiving and I want to use it before it goes bad.

I like to cut cabbage into smallish pieces/largeish shreds, boil it for a couple of minutes, then drain it. Fry little cubes of bacon in some sort of tasty fat (duck fat is great, but if the bacon pieces are quite fatty you shouldn't need it), then when they're basically done, add the cabbage and mix it all together well. Yummy.

Cabbage rolls filled with more cabbage, ground beef, rice, onion, egg and pepper?
