Am home for lunch so that I could put a warm compress to my neck. Pain is radiating into my jaw, that or I've got sinus drainage stuck in my throat. It's getting to the point where I really don't want to go back into work because it bothers me so much. Not that I'm doing much of anything. I checked our system, I've had 2 incoming files in the last 2 weeks. That's effing ridiculous, I should not be getting that few.

If it might be sinus stuffage - maybe you should try a decongestant? Also, tylenol.

well the neck is a muscle strain. the jaw, not so sure

Congestion can radiate into the jaw. I've had ear infections effect my jaw before and my jaw effect my ear before (AHH TMJ). So yeah, decongestant, darlin.

You should make yourself a doctor's appointment. I'd say... that sounds pretty bad.
