2004 in Review (snitched form therealsolitare aka Joe)
1. What did you do in 2004 that you'd never done before?
got a regular job
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't remember what my new year's resolutions were. My one for next year is to get accepted into a study aborad program
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
nope, not this year
4. Did anyone close to you die?
yea, sadly, my grandma
5. What countries did you visit?
none. didn't do much traveling this year
6. What would you like to have in 2005 that you lacked in 2004?
there isn't really anything I can think of
7. What date from 2004 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
see number 4
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
graduating!
9. What was your biggest failure?
i made a stupid mistake in not applying to be a phelps scholar. so maybe that
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
not anything serious
11. What was the best thing you bought?
funny as it sounds- I want to say name tags (you know what I'm talking about Joe)
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
my parents. it was a year with a lot of huge events, I'm surprised they never really lost it
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
my roommates. and their almost complete ignorance of me
14. Where did most of your money go?
school and laundry (doing wash is expensive man!)
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
college
16. What song will always remind you of 2004?

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? happier. whee!
ii. thinner or fatter? about the same I think, my weight tends to pretty much stay the same every year
iii. richer or poorer? Poorer.
18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
work. i need a job next semester
19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
spend time online.
20. How will you be spending Christmas?
With my family
21. What was the most embarrassing thing that happened to you in 2004?
flirting with someone that was already attached
22. Did you fall in love in 2004?
no. and really, as I see so many of my friends overstressing about guys, I'm glad I didn't
23. What were your favorite TV programs?
Extreme Home Makeover, which I discovered while at college. it's so awesome!
24. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
It doesn't go as strong as hate, but see number 13
25. What was the best book you read?
The Five People You Meet in Heaven, Mitch Albom. I was disappointed when I missed the tv movie on it in November. :(
26. What was your greatest musical discovery?
I rediscovered my love for 80s music, and especially Journey
27. What did you want and get?
to get out of Bridgman. and it feels so good
28. What did you want and not get?
relationship with a patricular person, way earlier this year, but it's for the best, truthfully
29. What was your favorite film of this year?
Dodgeball
30. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I turned 18, nothing too exciting happened, I bought a lotto ticket.
31. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?

FUZZY!

nothing. I went insane this year

All my college buddies. I love them all. <3

being assertive is good, but make sure you know what you're getting into first
