While that is generally enough to make my day happy, the happy factor was increased by a board games meetup where I played some Ticket to Ride, and went to Pflugerville (since I was in Round Rock for the board game thing anyway) for some Hungarian food at European Bistro. It was excellent, btw, and because they were a little short staffed, I got a $10 off 2 entries coupon for my wait (note: must find someone to go with). Mmmm gulasch and homemade spatzle.
Across the street from the Hungarian place was a smokehouse, and painted on the side was sign I found rather amusing: "Pflugerbrau Beer. Peppy and Refreshing." Peppy isn't exactly a word I'd use for beer.
