Tales of the bizarre. Remember back when I first moved here, and I was going to the German group (which was made up of mostly terribly uninteresting people)? Well, one of the people I met there was this guy who was originally from Wisconsin. He enjoys playing Doppelkopf, which makes him ok in my book.

Well, despite the fact that I stopped going last November, I keep running into this guy. I saw him at the German Mayday celebration, which wasn't much of a surprise considering the event, but tonight I bumped into him at HEB. Weird.

I was in a chat last night and made a comment about being a Brat and someone else was and then we discovered we'd both had relatives stationed very near by each other. Across the ocean. In Germany. (the base we were on is closed now, but yeah)
