I hate the reading comprehension section. Grrrr. I have never been good at those. I don't read fast enough, frankly. Plus, reading has never been my strong point when it comes to English skills. I would have gotten a 36 on my ACT if my reading section had not been so low.
I worked through the sample sections in my book at work, and the result was not so great. Partly it's my sucky abilities, but I was also distratced by other goings on at the office during my lunch hour.
I worked through a writing sample or 2 today, and am now up to the practice tests. Naturally I don't have 3 1/2 hours to kill at work (or hell, after I get home from work too. There is a reason they administer these things on Saturdays), but I do have 35 minutes at lunch, so my strategy is to work section at a time. Hopefully I can seclude myself in the file room at lunch so I won't be distracted. But the study at work strategy seems to be working so far.
