My office is having a health fair on Friday. They have something there where employees of my agency can drop off a copy of their Health Risk Assessment form and win door prizes. Awesome, right? I filled out this form a couple months ago, and found it a load of bull (it told me I was totally unhealthy because I don't eat enough fruit and I had been stressed more than usual for the last 3 months. That was the 3 months I was applying to law school and taking the LSAT, duh I was stressed. Whatever).
Here's my dilemma: this form includes a section on "job satisfaction". My responses were that I was dissatisfied with my job; I didn't think anyone would ever see this. So now that I may be turning it at *work*, what should I do? White out the section about job satisfaction? Not bother entering the drawing?
