Finished watching Patton. (Another one of my WWII list) One of those Best Picture winners that was actually good. You can tell it was made in the 60s, and the battle scenes leave a little something to be desired, but it's really more of a character driven movie. Patton was slightly insane, which makes the movie interesting.
One criticism: the translation for the German stinks.
In other news, random science is awesome
09. Best scene ever
I have 2 for today: scripted and unscripted. I won't say these are the best scenes ever made on television, but they are two of my favorites scenes.
Thusly:

The Red Line scene from Daybreak Part 1. You can read about why I love this here. When Adama says "Make your choice!" I feel like stepping over that red line myself.
Unscripted:
Best. Explosion. EVER.
(Though coffee creamer cannon is pretty up there too)
