Another weekend, another story to tell.

Friday night a friend of mine comes over wanting to watch Aladdin (we'd been talking about watching it earlier this week), but we didn't know anyone who owned it, so we were knocking on people's doors looking for this movies. We must have hit like 10 rooms looking like dorks asking for Disney movies. Couldn't find it, so we borrowed Lion King and Big Fat Greek Wedding. Me, him, and another guy were up til 3 watching them. There was something about Pop Tarts and Party Teats at some point in that evening...yea...

Yesterday I went to Buchanan, because a large of group of my friends were home this weekend and planned a get together. I called at 12 and find out they were planning 1, so I was a little late. Surprisingly, we only ended up playing 1 game of cards. We did have some Chinese and donuts for lunch, and ended up going bowling in South Bend. Can't remember what I did first game, but I got a turkey second game and ended up with a 128. One of my friends also ended up with a turkey that game, what are the chances? Last game I had a 78....I kind of lost my touch after game 2. On the way back to Buck town, we stopped at the video store and picked up Gattaca. It's a good movie- the plot is something to think about. I'd seen it before, but it's worth seeing more than once. I left around 10; I had to be back here so I could clean the room today. We're hosting a visiting student for the night. I think it took me like a half an hour to get out the door last night lol. I really didn't want to leave because I hadn't seen everyone in so long, but I had to. I'm officially broke again- I spent all my money bowling and on gas. It was like 20 cents cheaper in Buchanan than Holland, so there was no way I wasn't filling up down there.

Got back here at about 11:15. There was a fairly large crowd of people that gathered outside my door at 12-ish (like 6) so I thought I'd join em. We were out there talking til 1, and someone let out that they had Aladdin. So me, the two guys from Friday, and an additional guy (3 guys all to myself, what can I say?) ended up in the basement watching it. Once again I was up til 3.

Now today- cleaning, homework. My hostee will be here at 5:30. Phelps Scholars, Multicultural Life, or someone is providing us with pizza for dinner tonight. :) I'm looking forward to it. So- I have more to do before then that I should be getting to.
