I don't know enough to guess any until number nine, but I can get quite a few from there.

9. Well you just said the name of the show... I'm not sure if that includes the cousins... so I'll go with good old bedtime bear.
11. Oscar the Grouch (a lot of people seemed to like him, I do have a couple other guesses, but obviously I only get one try).
12. Rupert! (honestly, who else on there was any good... except for one guy whom I shall not name in case that is the correct answer and who just happened to be an ex-marine)
13. Well if it isn't Ryan as ledadada guessed, then I will guess Wayne.
14. Perhaps Gary? (I'm not all that current on spongebob)
