One group (either Jabbawokkeez or Kaba Modern) did a number with a pole involved and one guy jumped over it while holding it. JC said he wasn't impressed with the jump. Backstage the group said "well, it was reflecting Tinikling and if JC knew anything about that, he wouldn't have criticized it."
Then five years into the future I was on the show as a member of a crew that was mostly people in their 30s and of Indian decent. Needless to say, because of our age, we were not a stunt group. :P I hurt my ankle doing a jump, and started to cry. JC was about to say something right before I woke up.

oh, and my brother did a tinikling dance in elementary school that I remember being cool but I was 6 so who knows.
