I wouldn't have started with a poll but a questionaire. Most people will be a 'maybe' depending on where, when and how long. So I would have started by asking people where they think it should be held, to pick 'two' months that they would want it to happen in, and 'up to' how many days. THEN do a poll to narrow down the choices.

But that's just my opinion based on having taken part in trying to organize one of these things in the past. ;-)

And I can tell you right now that the cheapest place for flights and group accommodations for everyone to get to in NA is Las Vegas. ;-)

Having said all that, I would say 'maybe' depending on when and where it takes place. ;-)
