Was offered to stay til 2 at work today, but turned it down. I'm already working 45 hours this week, and I don't want to stay at McDonald's any longer than I have to.
I tried on a push-up bra at Kohl's yesterday, in the effort to find something that gives the illusion that I have somewhat of a chest. All it did was provide extra padding on the bottom, then the top rim stuck out about half an inch from my chest and just looked like a bra that didn't fit. Maybe the straps weren't tight enough? Does anyone else have this problem.
By the way, if you are ever looking for bras, I would highly recommend Barely There. Bought some of those yesterday and wow are they comfortable.
Hopefully my mom doesn't decide to steal them. My mom steals my bras all the time, then wears them out so I can't wear them anymore. It's annoying! I've stopped wearing sports bras because she'll take all of them and never give them back, or give them back with the support worn out. Gr.

Bra shopping sucks. I swear they're all designed by men who don't have a clue or really just want to torture women!

I'm just glad we don't wear the same size shoe!

1) the cup size could have been too large (different bras have vastly different cup sizes even if they're all supposedly "B"s or whatever...I have bras that are As, Bs, and Cs!)
2) the band size could have been wrong (too large?)
3) Yeah, the shoulder straps could possibly have not been tight enough

The bra padding at the bottom of pushups kind of helps your boobs if the bra is snug enough so the breast rests on top of the padding. I don't know what cub size you normally are, but sometimes push-up bras really don't do much if you don't have much to work with (I'm really a B-cup and they don't help me out much) I REALLY like Target's bras, surprisingly. I'd check them out.
My mom and I don't wear anything near the same bra size, thankfully!
