Other than the ER? No. I doubt it's poison ivy, I haven't been outside since I came back from Florida

Yeah. An ER is going to charge an arm and a leg, for sure. Urgnt cares aren't quite as expensive, though they do cost! Many hospitals sponsor off-site urgent care facilities that are open 7 days a week, but limited hours. I'm pretty sure you can look them up on the internet. It would certainly be worth an opinion, though Den is probably right and you have some sort of contact dermatitis - allergic reaction to something you came in contact with.

I did some looking. Closest one is in South Bend, Indiana. God, I hate small towns.

Also, if you can't find an urgent care, what about some cortisone cream or ointment? There are a couple of kinds you can purchase right over the counter and you just rub it in like lotion. It should take the itch away.
