Still bored, but now rather amused.
I love finding out about famous tv personalities who appeared in music videos early in their careers. Has anyone seen the music video for Billy Joel's Second Wind, featuring a very young Adam from Mythbusters?

This is the video for Annie Lennox's Walking on Broken Glass embedding disabled, boo. Hugh Laurie is pretty recognizable, depite the powdered wig.
Anyone think JC was having Annie Lennox fantasies when he came up with the video for Some Girls?

Also, Bruno from DWTS was one of the fantabulously gay dancers in this Elton John video.
Ah the things you find on wikipedia.

Well, Annie Lennox is a British artist, and Hugh Laurie was a Very Famous Face over here back when that came out (he's been a regular TV comic over here since the 80s, mostly with Stephen Fry, and was in Blackadder) so that's more of a Celebrity Cameo rather than Before They Were Famous.

(In fact, one of his most famous comic roles was as a bewigged 18th-century foppish twit of just the sort he's playing in this video. So as a British music fan it would definitely have been "OMG HUGH LAURIE". It's so funny watching him doing an American accent and playing straight when you're used to him acting like this.)

He fakes an American accent incredibly well.

I think that skit's the most straight laced I've ever seen Rowan Atkinson, despite it being a comedic role.
