I'm willing totalk money

I live alone (single one bedroom apartment) I make 50k a year and I spend 623.00 per month in rent. I live in AZ, the rent includes water and trash, but not electricty. I get 720 square feet.

I live pretty frugally. I could easily upgrade to larger quarters.
