For those of you who have been watching the NCAA tournament, have you seen those VW commercials where the two guys in the parking garage are playing punch buggy, and the one guy doesn't think it's a VW?

The guy who does the punching is Colonel Fisk.

Ooo sweet! Lil Mama on stage! First time I've ever seen her dance, and she's definitely good.

Hype 5-0's girls look like Rainbow Brite. This may have been their best performance this week. Though I fail to see how they made the sticks "come to life" persay.

WTF is Lil Mama wearing?

I thought for sure Blueprint was going home this week, just because Jungle Boogie really put it out there. (hey, Blueprint was great too, but apparently no one outside of California votes for this damn show)

Final performances next week already?

K, so you know German-speaking guy I keep running into randomly? Guess who I bumped into in the grocery store parking lot? Not too terribly odd, as it's the local grocery store. Our last encounter was stranger. I was out to dinner with a couple people 2 weeks ago, and he happened to be sitting two tables over.
This is getting bizarre.

Here's a question I probably should have asked a long time ago. For those of you who are law students, lawyers, or know lots of lawyers: Is being a lawyer/law student doable if you're diabetic? (FYI, I'm hypoglycemic, which, in layman's terms, is a less severe form of diabetes). Am I going to face a big problem or is the ability to eat regularly not something I should be terribly concerned with?

Also FYI, the more I think about it, the more I'm leaning towards Virginia. Yes it's more expensive, but I think I have a bit more opportunity there. And if I decide I want to move back to Texas after school instead of going to the Pacific Northwest, that will be easier to do at VA than at UW, which is more of a regional school. And they work on a regular semester schedule.

Sexybot. Oh JC.

I'll be over here waving my little Canadian flag again. I really thought Blueprint Cru got into the disco style mixed with modern best this week. Especially without falling too far into cheese (like I felt Hype 5-0 did).

Ok, time to go home Saltare.

I was surprised by Poreotix. They actually *can* dance!

Dude, any day the BeeGees get airplay on MTV, that's pretty much made of win.

I feel for Heavy Impact, having to do lifts. Those guys just should not be having to lift each other.

Oh lord, Static Noyze just fell apart this week. That was ugly! (And I like A Fifth of Beethoven too)

Was that a little Cha Cha in Jungle Boogie's routine? Very nice! I also love that the girl lifted a guy.

EE JC singing! Like, 2 notes, but whatever. I'll take it!

*******************************
Jungle Boogie, in true Usher style, drops trow on stage. I felt they were a little hard in parts for Usher, though over all it wasn't bad.

Lil Mama's green contacts are freaking me out.

Uh. Poreotix lost me. Big time. (You know what would've been sweet? If halfway through, they reversed and did the whole routine backwards.

I liked Hype 5-0 tonight but they were were....less than exciting? Bringing back from Break Skate! lol

"I love you honey, you're crazy." ♥♥♥

My office is having a health fair on Friday. They have something there where employees of my agency can drop off a copy of their Health Risk Assessment form and win door prizes. Awesome, right? I filled out this form a couple months ago, and found it a load of bull (it told me I was totally unhealthy because I don't eat enough fruit and I had been stressed more than usual for the last 3 months. That was the 3 months I was applying to law school and taking the LSAT, duh I was stressed. Whatever).

Here's my dilemma: this form includes a section on "job satisfaction". My responses were that I was dissatisfied with my job; I didn't think anyone would ever see this. So now that I may be turning it at *work*, what should I do? White out the section about job satisfaction? Not bother entering the drawing?

I'm sure most of y'all are excited about this healthcare bill that just passed (a large cheer went up in the Atlanta airport when it was announced), I'm still on the fence, but here's one thing I really don't like about it: our office has to read and analyze the entire thing. Sure I'm not the one doing the analyzing, but the idea of all the backlog this is going to create is making me cringe already. It's over 2,500 pages!

My connecting flight yesterday out of Atlanta was delayed 3 hours. Which would have been fine had it not originally been scheduled to leave at 9:45pm! I got back to my place at 2:30am. I called in to work at around midnight while still stuck in Atlanta, and told them I wouldn't be in until 10 (I also thought I very well might be stuck in Atlanta for the night). No way in hell was I going to come in on 3 hours of sleep. I had a lot to get done, and would've been useless had that been the case. As it were, I am very tired now and have been for a couple hours.

All told I spent 10 hours in the Atlanta airport. Joy. :P I'm over halfway done with The Blind Assassin, which I didn't even start until I got to Atlanta. I had originially been scheduled for a 5pm flight out of Charlottesville. However, my host turned bitchy on me all of a sudden, and said that I could not hang around her place b/c she hadn't been productive all weekend and needed to get stuff done (I wasn't even there all day Friday and Saturday, not like her unproductiveness was my fault!). Luckily, I had been hoping to get something earlier anyway, and had her take me to the airport around 11:30. I hopped a noon flight, and attempted to get on standby in Atlanta. 3 different flights, no luck on that account. Delay after delay and not to mention a couple gate changes. Ugh.

I think yesterday was the first time I'd ever had time to eat at one of those sit down restaurants at an airport.
