Hung my autographed Colonel Tigh photo at work today, but no one noticed. :( Apparently while I was gone, some of the paralegals were trying to guess what I might be dressed up as. Someone thought I might have went as a Powerpuff Girl. lol

I woke up at the ungodly hour of 5am to head for the airport. Called it reeeealy close, because my flight was boarding when I arrived at the gate. But hey, if I could pull that off everytime I fly, that'd be awesome. Wanted to sleep on the plane, but the lady in front of me had a dog with her that kept barking the whole time. Ugh. Direct flight though, which was nice.

Btw, msktrnanny, I did not see any lightsaber chopsticks. I looked! There didn't see to be a whole lot of Star Wars swag, lot of Trek stuff though. Duh, considering the guests.
Was delighted with glee to find a Project Quantum Leap patch. Must now find someplace to put it.

I'm exhausted, just now getting home (picked up a really late dinner on my way back), so for now all I have to say is I've just gotten back from one of the best weekends EVER, wish it had lasted longer, and I MISS YOU ALL ALREADY!

Can it be tomorrow yet? Can it, can it?

I told my boss what I was doing in Atlanta this weekend. She laughed at me.
I'm all packed. Think I have everything. Will likely forget my deoderant as tends to happen. I'm trying to be zen about it all, but it's not working at the moment. Just gotta make sure I eat regularly. Frakking sugar issues.

I assume everyone else has left already. This makes me sad. I want it to be tomorroooooow.

2 more days!!!!! Unlike most of y'all lucky bums that I'll see there, my flight doesn't leave until Friday morning. I could only get one day off work, so it goes. But whatever. I don't know how I'm going to last through the day tomorrow. I'm gonna be too excited. It was bad enough today.

We're have a cold front come through. It was only 95 today, instead of 105. Yes, a cold front. Sad, isn't it?
I didn't think I'd ever been going to Georgia expecting it to be cooler there.

Been marathoning Cold Case recently. Watching all the old eps I missed when I was into Desperate Housewives.
One of the things on this show is that it uses music from the year the person was killed. Well, one ep in season 3, the song that opens the show is the theme from House. I was a little weirded out by that. It has words, would you believe that? Should Cold Case ever actually make it to dvd, I can see some issues with licensing there.

So I mentioned to someone at work that I was thinking about law school. One of the paralegals. Most of the attorneys were out of the office today, so that's my excuse there. But I've broken the ice a little, though I'm still pretty intimidated by the attorneys.

Took me an HOUR to get to work today. I was doing 5 on the highway most of the way. No, that's not a typo. Needless to say, I was late.
